Shipping & Delivery

Which shipping company do you use?

We ship all our orders with PostNord.

Do you ship abroad?

No, we currently only ship within Sweden.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Within Sweden:
    • SEK 29 for shipping without tracking (delivered directly to your mailbox). Applies to small orders only.
    • From 59 SEK and up for trackable shipping, depending on weight.

How long is the delivery time?

  • Regular products are shipped within 1–5 business days.
  • Special orders may take longer, ranging from a few weeks to several months depending on the scope and our queue.

Returns & Complaints

Can I return my product?

Yes, unused jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, if it is returned in its original packaging without damage.

Note: Special orders and products made to order cannot be returned.

Can I return products purchased at markets?

No, because you had the opportunity to see and try the product directly on site.

Who is responsible for the return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we have approved the return, the price of the product will be refunded.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes, a receipt and order confirmation are automatically sent via email.

Special orders

Can I order something personal?

Yes! You can choose the color, size, material and design. Special orders cost more than regular products as they require more time and personal service. Read more here

How long is the delivery time for special orders?

  • Smaller jewelry: up to a few weeks
  • Larger products (e.g. pearl tops): up to several months depending on order volume and complexity.

How often do you release new collections?

We release at least four collections per year inspired by the four seasons and sometimes limited drops.

Is everything in stock all the time?

No, some products are temporary and disappear when they are sold out.

Are your jewelry handmade?

Yes, each product is handmade and designed by the Ellnora team with a focus on feel, quality and details.
