Yes, each product is handmade and designed by the Ellnora team with a focus on feel, quality and details.

How long is the delivery time?

  • Regular products are shipped within 1–5 business days.
  • Special orders may take longer, ranging from a few weeks to several months depending on the scope and our queue.

Can I order something personal?

Yes! You can choose the color, size, material and design. However, special orders cost more than regular products as they require more time and personal service. Here's how it works

Can I return my product?

Yes, unused jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, if it is returned in its original packaging without damage. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we have approved the return, the price of the product will be refunded.

Note: Special orders and products made to order cannot be returned.
